What is the Summer Shape Up Challenge?
Our Summer Shape Up is a 6 week challenge starting July 7th, 2025. Just 30 minute workouts a day, 6 days a week for 6 weeks!

July 7th- 20th: Follow the 14 Day Shape Up
July 21st – August 17th: Follow the 4 week Hot Body Meal Plan

How to Create/Join an Accountability Group:
- Comment on our IG post to introduce yourself
- Reach out to connect and form your group
- Pick your platform (DMs, text, FB, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Choose a team name
- Submit your group by July 14!
- Stay Connected through our Facebook Group and Instagram!
