Why Cooking Salmon in the Air Fryer Is the Way to Go

When it comes to convenience, speed, and flavor, it’s really hard to beat the air fryer. Not that I’d give up my oven or slow cooker, but the air fryer is a great option for cooking up meals quickly without a lot of added fat. And when it comes to salmon, the air fryer really shines:

• It’s quick and easy, with most recipes clocking in under 15 minutes. No waiting for the oven to pre-heat.
• While I love that the air fryer is a healthier option because it requires very little oil, it still produces salmon that’s fantastically crispy. 
• There’s less mess and cleanup afterwards since we’re adding so little oil. No stovetop to wipe spatters from, just wash the air fryer basket or put it in the dishwasher!
