With Summer Shape Up coming up, we want to make sure to have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! Here’s how to get form a group + how it will enhance your SSU experience!
Why Join an Accountability Group?

Motivation: Working out and staying on track can be challenging. Accountability groups provide the support system you NEED to keepsyou motivated and focused on your goals.

Encouragement & Accountability: On days when you feel like giving up, your LSF babes will be there to cheer you on and remind you why you started!

Shared Interests: Connect with others who have similar goals and interests. Share tips, successes, and even your struggles to learn and grow together in your fitness journeys.

Girl Time: Making new friends and having fun while working towards your fitness goals makes the journey EVEN BETTER.

Chance to Win a Prize: By joining an accountability group and submitting your team, you have a chance to win an exciting group prize at the end of SSU!
How to Join an Accountability Group:
🌟 Comment on our IG Post: Start by introducing yourself. Share your name, where you’re from, your hobbies, and something you’d like to have in common with your group (new mom, recent graduate, etc.).
🌟 Take Initiative: Once the comments start rolling in, don’t be shy! Reach out and respond to comments to form a group. You’ve got this!
🌟 Choose Your Platform: Groups can be formed wherever you’d like – Facebook, Instagram DMs, group texts, WhatsApp, email chains, etc.
🌟 Create a Team Name: Once you have a group, come up with a fun and unique team name!
🌟 Add New Members: If you already have a group from a past challenge, have one person comment some of your group’s interests and let other SSU participants know you want to add more members.
🌟 Submit Your Group: Pick one person in your group to fill out the submission form in for a chance to win a prize for your WHOLE group! Please submit the form by midnight on July 15th.
🌟 Stay Connected: Each week, we will post questions in our Facebook Group and Instagram stories to help you connect with one another and stay motivated!
